FAQ

Please take note that our events have varying age requirements, ranging from all ages, 18+, to 21+. To ensure that you purchase the correct ticket for your age group, please view our calendar along with event details before making your purchase.

Please also be aware that a valid US-issued ID or driver’s license is required for entry, or a valid passport. Unfortunately, we cannot accept international IDs or temporary IDs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For all ages events, children must be accompanied by a parent and will not require a form of identification.

Ember is a standing room venue with select reserved seating sections. When you purchase a general admission ticket, it grants access to our vibrant standing room area. However, if you prefer a more exclusive experience with reserved dining or bottle service, we recommend selecting a VIP Ticket. These VIP tickets provide access to comfortable seating arrangements and exceptional amenities.

Our VIP Reserved Seating tickets offer an elevated view, providing you with the best possible view of the venue. You’ll be able to relax in comfort and style, while enjoying a touchless QR menu that lets you easily order from our full-service bar and kitchen.

Please note that requirements for VIP seating can vary depending on the event. Some may have a food and/or bar minimum, while others may require bottle service. We highly recommend that you carefully review the details before purchasing your ticket, to ensure that you fully understand the requirements and what is included.

It’s also important to note that a 20% service charge will be applied to the final bill. This helps ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all of our guests.

Thank you for considering our VIP Reserved Seating tickets. We look forward to providing you with an unforgettable experience!

To help ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we ask that you please adhere to our dress code, which is smart casual. Our establishment observes a Smart Casual dress code, which permits a range of stylish and comfortable attire. Guests are welcome to wear jeans, graphic t-shirts, sneakers, shorts, dress shoes, button shirts, polos, hats, tank tops and dresses. However, in order to maintain a certain ambiance, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing steel-toed boots, open-toed shoes, athletic wear, and sunglasses. Please note that if we are hosting a theme event, we may modify the dress code to align with the specific theme.

Small backpacks, fanny packs, and purses are allowed, but please be aware that all bags are subject to a thorough search upon entry.

Please note that admission at the door varies nightly based on the talent of the evening. We highly recommend purchasing pre-sale/advance tickets online to guarantee entry and to receive the lowest price for each event. Many of our events tend to sell out, so buying tickets in advance is highly recommended.

In the event that tickets are still available at the door, admission will be based on capacity. However, please be aware that this is not always the case, and we cannot guarantee entry for those who do not have advance tickets.

Cover charges can be paid via cash, credit card, Apple Pay, or Cash App at the door, when available.

Please note that all tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your tickets, please do not hesitate to contact us at tickets@embermusichall.com. We will do our best to address any issues or questions you may have.

We are pleased to offer Meet & Greet tickets for select events. Please note that purchasing a Meet & Greet ticket will provide you with the opportunity to meet the artist after the show.
