Since the tender age of eight, he’s expressed his creativity through writing and playingmusic. Whether he’s producing dubstep, funk, blues, or anything in between, Boogie T is anentertainer at heart, weaving a variety of musical elements and instruments into his signature sound.Boogie T’s goal in the studio and behind the decks is simple: to make great music and to connectwith people.Boogie T landed his first label release in 2017 on Ganja White Night’s SubCarbon Records with hisdebut ‘Soul’d Out EP,’ earning him a spot on the iTunes Top 10 Electronic Album charts. In 2018 (on 4/20, naturally) Boogie T launched hisown record label, Drama Club Recordings, with a mission to deliver his own music, as well as to signtracks from some of his favorite artists in bass music. KREWELLA
Krewella is the boundless electronic duo comprised of sisters Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf. Born in Houston to a Pakistani father and German-Lithuanian-American mother, their multicultural background influences their art. Always experimental, they’ve carved out their own niche in EDM. Krewella began as high schoolers in 2007 and broke into the scene in 2012 with their chart-topping self-released debut EP, Play Hard. They kept the momentum going in 2013 with their massive debut album, Get Wet, and the platinum-selling hit single “Alive.” In 2017—a year after making Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list—Krewella chose independence and launched their own Mixed Kids Records label with their bold New World Pt. 1 EP. Their January 2020 album, zer0, is a sonic “ode to the blank slate,” as Jahan and Yasmine put it, and was hailed by Billboard as a “transformative body of work.” Their adventurous third album, The Body Never Lies, is out March 4, 2022 on Mixed Kids Records. Created from an intimate, internal space over the last year, the LP explores topics of impermanence, the human experience, and their relationship to the world around them as half-Pakistani women in a male governed society. Their energy and creativity propels their live performances and DJ sets alike. Jaenga x Josh Teed
Erupting onto the scene in 2018, Jaenga (Pat McDevitt) distinguished himself by sneaking his school bus into festivals, disguised as an “RV” and converting it into a full on late night stage for afters. Word spread, drawing crowds of thousands at festivals such as Electric Forest and Camp Bisco. Shortly after the Bus’s first route, Jaenga’s inspiration was booming with the essence of the “underground” and he channeled that feeling into his first EP which was picked up by Deadbeats. Jam packed with hip hop acapellas crossed with traditional bass music, this release propelled him into the Deadbeats community, where he joined Zeds Dead on several stops around the country. Since his first EP, Jaenga has gone on to release on Deadbeats several more times along with SubCarbon, 19k, WAKAAN, SSKWAN, MorFlo Records, Insomniac Radio to name a few. He has played at some of the most iconic venues in the country, including Red Rocks, the Hampton Coliseum, Aragon Theater, Webster Hall and many more. Pat fully embraces his art, creating mostly everything from the posters, album art, show visuals, Instagram skit (also the music of course). Although is been a while since those first bus parties years ago, Pat still throws spontaneous pop-up parties with his secret text hotline, bringing hundreds of eager fans to unique locations. You can also find him hosting pre-show meetups, or even checking ID’s at the door of his own show to meet fans (dressed up as a security guard). Josh Teed is a versatile, classically trained, and technical musician. His productions pay tribute to some of his electronic influences such as Charlesthefirst, CloZee, and Govinda while still remaining unique and properly showcasing his vast expertise in instrumentalism. He picked up the violin at the tender age of 3 years old, going on to win the Florida Fiddle Championship at 9. His live sets incorporate violin, didgeridoo, and live analog synthesis overlaid on top of every element of a great DJ set, keeping listeners engaged and entranced for every second he has on the stage.
