Chromeo 360 Dj Set

Chromeo  360 Dj Set (Boiler Room Experience) June 20, 2025Doors at 9pm | Music at 9pm21+   Calling all adults: Chromeo is back, and have they got a record for you. It’s brazenly titled Adult Contemporary, and it’s set to redefine the term. There’s a complacency and a softness to “adult contemporary” as we know it, in a pleated khakis and cable-knit sweater kind of way. In the hands of Dave 1 and P-Thugg however, the phrase takes on a whole new meaning. Let’s parse it word by word. “Adult” is a loaded thing to call someone in this day and age, since adults have basically wrecked our planet. But for Chromeo, to be an adult doesn’t mean being a cog in the square world’s machinery. Rather, it signifies evolution, sophistication, and nuance. Aging like wine or cheese, not like fruit or milk. While we do so, how much of our groove do we actually choose to hold on to? Chromeo says: “all of it.” As you already know (unless you’ve been living in a vibes vacuum since the early 2000s), Chromeo is the paramount funk band of our time. Friends since childhood, Dave and Pee have built an empire of soigné, danceable, and intelligent music over the course of two decades. Few duos can claim this kind of psychic togetherness and evergreen staying power. Really, who else? One must venture into the stratosphere to find precedents. And now that Dave’s double-breasted suits are popping and Pee’s turtlenecks are in effect mode, it’s safe to say that we can rely on Chromeo to stick around for years to come. So with that in mind, we invite you to join not only our contemporary times but also the ranks of the grown. Contrary to our infantilizing culture – which would prefer you stunted –, adulthood is a blast. And with a soundtrack such as Adult Contemporary, it’s a place of pleasure, discernment, groove, and comradeship. Come now, dip your toe into the infinity pool of maturity. You’ll find yourself, before too long, happy to evolve funkily alongside Chromeo.   Social Media:Artist Website: https://chromeo.net/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/chromeo/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chromeo/  Twitter: https://twitter.com/Chromeo     Music Links: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/2mV8aJphiSHYJf43DxL7Gt?autoplay=true  Apple Music: https://music.apple.com/us/artist/chromeo/5523592  Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/chromeo  Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCP_4jCsGVDPauX_N5UlhaWw

Huntley

HuntleySupport: TyKera Monae & Zhé AqueenJuly 24, 2025Doors at 7pm | Music at 7:30pm18+   It was a moment that validated two decades of determination and perseverance, of heart and soul dedicated to the pursuit of musical bliss. It was the moment Huntley stepped onto the stage of The Voice for his blind audition. Seconds into his stunning debut performance, all four judges turned their chairs around to witness his incredible, undeniable talent.     Weeks later, millions of viewers of the longstanding hit television series cast their votes for the singer, crowning him the victor of season 24. Now, Huntley takes the next steps on this amazing journey with the premiere of a pair of independently released, scintillating original singles – “Tell Me When It’s Over” and “Fire and Flames.” A Florida native turned Nashville transplant via small-town Virginia, Huntley discovered his vocal prowess as a teenager. He cultivated his powerful pipes first in heavy metal cover bands, then crafted his own captivating style of songwriting as he learned to play acoustic guitar. After high school, he left Virginia, bound for Music City, and spent a cold winter busking on Nashville streets, camping in Centennial Park, or crashing at a hostel or with friends.   He was 33, making dinner for his family one evening, when the phone rang; a rep from The Voice had seen a video on social media and was calling to ask if he was interested in auditioning. Huntley thought it was a telemarketing scam. It wasn’t.   There is “Tell Me When It’s Over,” his latest tantalizer, detailing the desire for fulfillment in life and love, beautifully articulated with acoustic guitar and the blistering vulnerability that can only be Huntley.  He explains, “At times, you feel like your own worst enemy in a relationship.  But it’s bigger than that, too.  I woke up with everything the world is supposed to be, in my hands, and I still felt an emptiness.  A feeling of not yet being where I belong.”   Social Media:Artist Website: https://huntleymusic.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/huntleythemusic/ Instagram: https://instagram.com/huntleymusic  TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@huntleymusicofficial     Music Links: Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/2Yo7O30Szeli1wvCd17Uoo  Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKgB66mhTVYk21gj2GcmLbQ?feature=gws_kp_artist&feature=gws_kp_artist  Apple Music: https://music.apple.com/us/artist/huntley/1616703891

Faster Pussycat

Faster PussycatJune 29, 2025Doors at 7pm | Music at 7:30pmAll Ages   Faster Pussycat rose from the depths of the mid-‘80s Hollywood rock scene and took the Sunset Strip by storm with a sound that wasn’t glam and wasn’t punk, but blistered somewhere in between. With an attitude and swagger all its own, their self-titled debut featured the instant classics “Babylon,” “Bathroom Wall,” “Cathouse” and “Don’t Change That Song,” and its follow-up ‘Wake Me When It’s Over’ climbed even higher with the radio hit “House Of Pain,” “Poison Ivy” and “Where There’s A Whip There’s A Way.” Despite their successes, Faster defied the mainstream mold and always followed frontman Taime Downe’s underground sensibilities. The gold and platinum records are nice, but Taime considers his greatest accomplishment longevity. “The only number that really matters to me is the number 40. Four decades later, Faster Pussycat are still rocking, and it feels as fresh as it did in 1986.” Look no further than their 2025 releases “Motorbike” and the INXS cover “Don’t Change” – Faster Pussycat are as virile and tenacious as ever… and won’t have it any other way.   Social Links:Artist Website: https://www.fasterpussycat.com/  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/fasterpbandofficial/  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fasterp_ssycat/  Twitter: https://twitter.com/fasterpussycat     Music Links:Sportify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/1FwGBBwUviGVIeDIByO7u7?autoplay=true  Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCODmC5ML0Z1ixgeezUi9x_g?feature=gws_kp_artist&feature=gws_kp_artist  Apple Music: https://music.apple.com/us/artist/faster-pussycat/335387
